Audacious Arms: the progressive!
Do you want to feel more confident in your upper body as you execute choreography? Are you ready to elevate your awareness and refine your arm movements on stage? Join Gigi Lavande for a four-week progressive designed to build ease, self-awareness, and freedom in your upper body movement.

Through guided drills, improvisation prompts, and short exercises, you’ll explore and integrate new techniques week by week. Students will be encouraged to bring fans, robes, or other props to practice incorporating these movements into their burlesque craft at the end of the course. By the end of the month, you’ll have movement phrases and tools that can be applied to any dance style you pursue, helping you expand your artistic choices and feel more at home in your body.

What to bring: water, knee pads, heels (optional), burlesque robes or fans (feather or veil) to integrate in the latter half of the course
