This class is for those who feel confident stomping in Pleasers, and are ready to expand their show-stopping movement vocabulary! Class will start with some juicy conditioning, moving onto drills geared towards skill expansion, and ending with some choreo combos. Recommended for those who have mastered basic movements, tricks, and inverts (e.g. wavy legs, leg loops, splits, shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, plow pose), or have confidence modifying these movements on their own.
What to wear/bring: Please bring knee pads and Pleasers (closed-toe if you want to protect your toesies). Something hoodless to cover your shoulders is recommended. Yoga mat optional.
